Flexographic Technical Association (FTA) has devoted an entire session to reestablishing the importance of using a proof as the agreed-upon contract between brand owner and printer. Taking place in Indianapolis, IN, USA, session co-chairs Jessica Harrell, Anderson & Vreeland. and Ellen Farrell, DuPont Advanced Printing, have brought together true experts to review how to effectively communicate print process capabilities and brand owner expectations at Forum 2018’s “Press Approval Match Game” on Tuesday, May 8 from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

“We are really excited for Forum attendees to see this session,” says Harrell. “Presenters will share their experiences on how to escape a few of the time-sucking challenges that can make or break the press approval process. The audience will walk away with a few preparation techniques, as well as available tools that can make the approval process predictable and efficient for everyone involved.”

Speakers and presentations include:

  • Byron Pendleton, The ALC Group, “Does Your Printed Package Match YOUR Brand Expectations?”
  • Scott McLeod, Transcontinental Robbie, “Common Pitfalls and Solutions to the Press Approval Process”
